How Do We Work With Different Size Jobs?
So how do we work with homes of various sizes you may ask? Well, the answer is simple! All homes are quoted on a per job basis. The cleaning price takes into account factors such as how clean or dirty your home is, square footage, types of rooms, numbers of pets and children in the home and time since your last cleaning. This allows us to be able to tailor cleanings to the home size.
How Do You Quote A Home?
We use the information you provide to get you a cleaning quote. Quotes are quoted in a price range based on the factors discussed above since the actual dirt code (cleanliness level of the home) and needs of the home may vary once we’re there seeing the home in person. Upon agreeing to a preliminary quote, we schedule a walk through of your home via Zoom to ensure as accurate of a quote as possible. In the event a home is much dirtier than expected and the home will take more time and money than originally anticipated, we call the client to discuss and either get an okay in price change or find the areas that are the highest priority to focus on. All quotes are done over the phone in around 15-20 minutes.
