Flexible Hours
At Maid for You, we understand that sometimes working a standard “9-5” job isn’t possible. Our founder, Lisa Ciao, started the company because, as a mother to a child with special needs and other small children at home, she needed to provide for her family and have the flexibility to work around her priorities. We do not work nights or weekends, and our full-time cleaning technicians work 30-40 hours a week.
Are you a parent who can only work while your children are in school? We understand! We recently added the option for our cleaning technicians who are parents to work within school hours. This allows them to have a stable job, steady income, they can be available for their family, and eliminates the stress of finding after school care for their child(ren).
Paid Training
Unlike other companies, we offer our employees paid training. We don’t expect our cleaning technicians to work for free as we value you and your time; therefore, we provide paid hands-on training so you can earn while you learn.
Competitive Wages
At Maid For You, we review wages in our area with the cost of living to ensure we provide competitive and appropriate wages for our employees. Most of our cleaning technicians earn between $750-$900/week plus tips and working flexible hours!
Bonuses
Not only does Maid For You offer competitive wages, but we also believe in providing bonuses to our employees for their hard work and dedication to our company. In fact, new technicians receive a $100 bonus after their first three months on the job.
